Minimum one (1) year culinary experience or training equivalent. Knowledge of proper food handling and preparation. Knowledge of kitchen safety. Ability to follow recipes. Proven ability to follow directions and work without daily supervision. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy. Enthusiasm for working in a team oriented, fast paced environment that fosters creativity. A flexible schedule is required and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
