Lead House Attendant
The Lead House Attendant provides direct daily supervision and leadership to the House Attendant staff. This hands-on, energetic individual works collaboratively with group dining mangers in the efficient delivery of the highest standards of five diamond service to our guests. Schedules and delegates duties to the house staff. Must show a passion for excellence. Interacts/coordinates with all divisions of the resort and recommends best practices and solutions to ensure effectiveness and consistency in guest service and quality. Leads by example, acts as a role model for others, and exhibits the highest levels of professionalism. Acts as a resource for the improvement of the guest experience and future growth and development of the resort.
A minimum two (2) years' experience as a House Attendant. Thorough knowledge of Banquet set-up service. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in the English language. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Knowledge of fine service related to special-event planning and execution. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Anticipate and identify problem sources and resolutions. Think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions. Multi task while maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor. Ensure adherence to established timelines. Excellent people skills, approachable demeanor. Poised, warm and friendly disposition. Ability to work without constant, direct supervision. Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding and difficult customer situations. A flexible schedule is required and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
