Guest service agent

The Guest Service Agent performs check-ins and check-outs of hotel guests courteously and efficiently. Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provides information to guests and visitors. Efficiently resolves guest issues and handles complaints forwarding to the supervisor or manager on duty when necessary.

Minimum one (1) year front desk experience. Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language. Experience in guest relations and resolution. Ability to write legibly. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor. Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to focus attention to details. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information. Team player. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
