Minimum of two years in a fitness or wellness role. Certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Proven track record of developing and implementing customized, quality fitness programming. Current CPR and first aid certified. Specialty qualifications to teach: cardio, resistance training, flexibility and balance, cycling, aqua, walking and hiking and meditation. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking the English language. Ability to perform basic arithmetic. Creative and innovative with approach and ideas. Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records. Must exude a warm and sincere approach to service Exceptional communication and presentation skills Flexible and adaptable to an evolving environment High energy with the ability to drive results. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
