Engineer Coordinator / Project Administrative Assistant

The Engineer Coordinator is responsible for all daily administrative duties within the Engineering Department to include supervision of day to day operations including scheduling, administration of payroll, oversight of Adaco, HotSOS, and Inn Care program. Responsible to ensure all permit processes are in compliance and oversight of all contact labor administration. Must have ability to respond and prioritize departmental needs, service calls and emergencies when required.

A successful candidate must have Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office/ADP/Adaco and HotSOS. Previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of basic electricity and plumbing. Knowledge of pool equipment care. Knowledge of spa equipment. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to work well with others. Ability to take and give direction and work unsupervised. Must possess excellent people skills, professional appearance, be friendly, courteous, and a team player. A flexible schedule is required and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
