Banquets Conference Concierge Administrator

Individual's responsibilities include to Check e-mail,(AM) Check Daily Packet for last minute changes,(AM) Post Door Signs/Directional, (AM) Inspect Rooms and set ups, Periodically check in with Groups and meeting planners, Entertain guest requests, Inspect meeting spaces every 15 minutes, Inform Team of Group Break-outs for refreshing, Inspect Room Re-Sets, Direct Group Attendees to desired location/"chiming", Check with CSM Team, (AM) Leave PM Door Signs for PM CC, (PM) Post PM Signs, (PM) Sort/Log FedEx AM/PM Delivery (if applicable), (PM) Ship packages (remaining) (if applicable), (PM) Make Door Signs/Directional for following day AM CC. (PM) Make Daily Packet (Daily Events sheet, Room Set (Excel) sheet, Updated BEO packet (post 2pm).

Additional duties also include: Making/preparing Labels for upcoming functions, Pricing signs for cash bars, Delphi checks and changes, Info-Genesis billing, Copies of forms, Organizing and cleaning office, Copies of schedule, Maintaining bulletin board and info for associates, Posting any info emails for associates, Posting table numbers, Ordering office supplies. Must be team player, enthusiastic, have excellent people skills and meet grooming standards. Able to handle all situations in a professional manner. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
