Cary Grafenstein found her way to Ojai in 1991 from Northern Virginia. She began with traditional personal training and quickly discovered and studied the additional benefits of Pilates. She continues to learn through continuing education and is inspired by the rest of the Mind and Body Team at Spa Ojai.

Carol has an extensive and diverse background in Classical Homeopath along with world travels and 7 years as a hike guide with a deep love of nature. Victoria Ott has been teaching yoga for 10 years and practicing for 15 years. She received her certification from Yoga Fit in Hermosa Beach which is a Vinyasa Flow form. She also studies, practices and teaches many forms of yoga such as Bikram, Ashtanga, Aerial, and Kundalini. Victoria is an Attuned Reiki Master which gives her a deeper aesthetic understanding of the asanas.

Growing up near Detroit, he spent his summers learning about the outdoors as a camper and counselor at camps across Michigan and Canada. Matt earned his graduate degree in Outdoor Education from the University of Edinburgh.

Etienne, an Ojai native, grew up as a competitive athlete, and quickly learned yoga was a way to crosstrain and improve his athletic/fitness career. While attending Cal Lutheran University, he began studying and teaching and gained his 200 hour certification. In 2005, Etienne joined the Peace Corps and spent 2 years in the Ukraine. During his stay he attended TriYoga retreats. Etienne has over 500 hours of training with TriYoga and teaches locally and internationally, including Surf and Yoga retreats in Nicaragua and Puerto Rico. TriYoga is taught in 35 countries around the world and is celebrating its 33rd anniversary.
