OJAI VALLEY INN & SPA ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mehrdad “Mike” Saeidi Joins Management Team

OJAI, CA (December, 2011)-- Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, a AAA Five Diamond property located in Ojai, California, has just announced that Mehrdad “Mike” Saeidi join’s the Inn’s management team as the new Chief Financial Officer beginning as of November, 2011.

In his new role, Mr. Saeidi is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions including developing banking relationships, coordinating tax audit and budgeting at the 308-room Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, including the world-renowned Spa Ojai and George C. Thomas built premier championship golf course.

“Mike’s financial and general management experience, coupled with his understanding of organizational growth and development enables him to interact with all departments seamlessly,” said Steve Crown, owner of the Inn and President of the Crown Corporation. “He is an effective leader and his results-oriented style will prove to be a true asset to Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.”
Mr. Saeidi has more than two decades of experience in finance, accounting, operations and general management. Most recently, Saeidi was employed at The Grand Del Mar in San Diego, California as the Director of Finances. He has also served as Director of Finance at Standard Hotel at Standard Hotel in Los Angeles, California, and spent several years as Director of Finance at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, California and The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, California.

Mr. Saeidi holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics from Northern Arizona University and a Masters Degree in International Management from American Graduate School of International Management. During his leisure time, Mr. Saeidi enjoys training for triathlons, weight conditioning, reading, listening to music and watching classical movies.
