Opus One was founded as a joint venture between Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild and Robert Mondavi to create a single Bordeaux style blend based upon Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The creation of this winery venture in 1980 changed the California wine industry; de Rothschild's involvement added an air of respectability to the burgeoning Napa wine region and the wine quickly evolved into one of the most collectible wines in the world. Indulge in an evening of luxury as we celebrate the wines of Opus One, paired with canapes and a 5-course menu from Chef Andrea Rodella.

Dom Pérignon is produced by France's largest Champagne house, Moët et Chandon. In addition to the exclusive use of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from only the finest growths and vineyards, Dom Pérignon strictly limits itself to wines of the very best years, which have undergone long aging. Indulge in an evening of luxury as we celebrate the wines of Dom Pérignon, paired with canapes and a 5-course menu from Chef Andrea Rodella.
