Amy Adamson, Catering & Conference Service Manager
Amy has lived in California all her life and graduated from California State University at Northridge. With a career spanning over thirteen years at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, ten in the Front Office department, Amy possesses valuable and extensive knowledge of the resort. She is now thrilled to be using that knowledge to best assist our groups in her position in the Conference Services department. Enjoying anything outdoors, Amy and her husband, Andrew, spend their free time camping, biking and hiking, along with their boxer Annabelle. More recently their time has been spent with family, enjoying the arrival of their baby girl.
Lauri Baker, Director of National Accounts
A native Californian, Lauri graduated from UCSB with a degree in Psychology. Enjoying a career in the travel and hospitality industry spanning over 20 years, including memberships in SITE, MPI and NAWBO, Lauri has been a member of the OVIS team for over three years. Central to Northern California, the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada comprise Lauri's sales region. She is married and has two sons in college. In her spare time, Lauri enjoys hiking with her husband and two Labradoodles, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Lisette Barba, Catering & Conference Service Manager
Born and raised in Southern California, Lisette Barba, attended the University of California, Irvine where she discovered her love for event planning while interning at the House of Blues in Los Angeles. Passionate about the hospitality industry, Lisette's seven years of extensive experience includes high-profile work with Mariott, JW Mariott, and the Ritz-Carlton. When she isn't busy planning events and weddings at the Inn, you can find Lisette enjoying cinematic adventures, hiking and traveling with her husband, Travis.
Erin Holley, Director of National Accounts
With experience representing AAA Five Diamond hotels on both coasts, Erin is proud to have joined the Ojai team in January 2012. An active member of SITE, MPI, and FICP, Erin travels regularly throughout her East Coast and Eastern Canada territory. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with her husband, Bill, a rescue dog, Idee, and two black cats, Chili and Betsy. Erin is passionate about food, baseball, spending time with friends, traveling, and her volunteer work with Pet Helpers.

Jennifer Kenton, Catering & Conference Service Manager
A California native and nine-year veteran at the Inn, Jennifer has enjoyed a prolific career in Catering and Event Management for over 17 years. She holds a degree in hotel and restaurant culinary management. Jennifer is passionate about food and wine and is thrilled to be able to combine these with her career in hospitality. When she's not busy organizing events for her groups, Jennifer enjoys camping, fishing, biking, traveling and cooking for friends and family.
Rachelle Kumar, Director of National Accounts
Rachelle has been with the Inn since 2005 and opened our first remote sales office. She is a 25-year veteran in the hospitality industry which has included representing many luxury resorts. Rachelle oversees Orange County, San Diego, Colorado, Arizona and the Texas markets, with an emphasis on education and automotive industries. She resides in Orange County, California with her husband, two boys and an English bulldog. Rachelle has a variety of interests including yoga, travel, snorkeling, writing, wine and golf.

Amanda Martinez, Catering & Conference Service Manager
Born and raised in Oxnard, California, Amanda attended Pepperdine University and received a B.A. in Public Relations. Amanda began her career in the hospitality industry three years ago at Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara. Concentrating her efforts in event planning and servicing, she brought her experience to our property in the spring of 2012 as a Catering & Conference Services Assistant, and was soon promoted to Catering & Conference Services Manager. She loves traveling, cooking, history and exploring museums. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fiancé, Christian.
Veronica Ramirez-Byars, Director of National Accounts
A native of Palm Springs, California, Veronica began her career in hospitality as an account manager for a destination management company eventually transitioning to hotels with Wyndham Hotels and then Destination Hotels and Resorts. She served at Miramonte Resort for one year and then transitioned to launch Terranea Resort in 2008 as the Director of Midwest Accounts for five years. She has a passion for the hospitality industry and a vision of bringing clients and Ojai together in a valuable partnership. She was recently married in May of 2013 and loves spending time with her husband and two Yorki's, Tank and Diesel.

Blair Schwermer, Executive Meeting Manager
Born and raised on a ranch in Ojai, Blair has been working in the hospitality industry for the past twelve years. With a background in front desk operations, Blair joined the Inn eight years ago and her passion for the property and event planning brought her to the sales team where she is now our Executive Meeting Manager, handling small groups at the resort.
In her spare time Blair enjoys spending time with her daughter, Grace, reading, riding horses, cooking, and planning her first European adventure.

Tamara Ulber, Director of National Accounts
Tamara began her esteemed hospitality career in Los Angeles at the Century Plaza Hotel & Tower. Prior to joining the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa she held positions at Westin Mission Hills, Fairmont Kea Lani Maui, The Kahala Resort & Spa in Oahu, The Miramonte Resort in Indian Wells and most recently, the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort, in Palm Desert, CA. She started her foray into the hospitality industry in reservations, followed by front office operations (agent, concierge, and manager) and then she eventually followed the path into sales, where she now joins the team as a National Sales Director.
She’s a Colorado native, but a Californian at heart. She lives in La Quinta, CA with her husband, Roland, and two children, Dylan and Rian, and black lab, Rocky. Her husband is an Executive Chef at a private country club; her son plays basketball for Palm Desert High School and her daughter plays softball with the Desert Prospects travel team. She enjoys traveling and sports, and is a forever Denver Broncos fan!

Sunni Van Wagner, Director of Catering & Conference Service
Hailing from Calgary, Canada until her teens, Sunni left her native cooler climate for a new lifestyle of palm trees in Santa Barbara County. Sunni began her hotel career as a Marketing Assistant, and soon discovered the world of Catering within the hospitality industry, and has enjoyed this profession for almost 20 years. Sunni spent many of those years in Catering and Conference Services at luxury properties including The Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, and KSL Resorts. Her passions are her spending quality time with her main "little man" who is 6 years-old, reading thrillers, exploring new food trends, and working on her next art piece.
Jill Wojahn, Director of Leisure Sales
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jill left the islands to pursue her studies in French and Art at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree. She has traveled the world as a Pan Am flight attendant, worked as a travel agent for Zuma Travel, and as Director of Sales on the West Coast for Micato Safaris. In her spare time, Jill enjoys beach volleyball, hiking, swimming, wine tasting and art. She supports the philanthropic work of America Share, which provides education to orphans in Kenya.
