On August 17th, 2010 at 7pm, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa will be hosting a Tasting Seminar and Vintner’s Dinner for Margerum Wine Company.

Executive chef Jamie West will be welcoming special guest Doug Margerum for this event at Maravilla. Doug discovered his love of food and wine at a very young age and has years of experience in the industry. In 2001, he began the Margerum Wine Company and prides himself on making wine that is both handcrafted and personal.

The company, located in Los Olivos in Santa Barbara County, produces three primary wines: SYBARITE Saugvignon Blanc, UBER Syrah and a Rhone blend, M5. Margerum wines are available on the website www.MargerumWineCompany.com and in top restaurants and wine stores throughout the country.
