Maravilla

Breakfast is served daily in Maravilla from 6:30AM-11:00AM. Our menu features regionally grown fruits, house made granola, organic egg dishes, freshly squeezed juices and culinary specialties. Custom blended coffee and a wide selection of teas and smoothies are available. The décor is based on Wallace Neff’s signature Spanish Colonial design with a centrally located fireplace. The service is prompt, friendly and professional.

Dinner is served nightly from 5:00PM-10PM. Prime steaks, chops and the freshest seafood are featured on the dinner menu. Our Chefs feature garden grown and hand made ingredients complimenting the dramatic surrounding scenery. Our award winning wine list and professional and knowledgeable service staff will complete a dining experience that will exceed expectations.

The Oak Grill

Lunch is served daily in The Oak Grill from 11:30AM-3PM. Take in the dramatic views overlooking 200 year old Oak trees, the golf course and the mountain vistas beyond from our vine covered pergola on the Terrace. The menu features signature soups, freshly prepared salads, sandwiches and Chef specialties featuring local and regional ingredients.

Jimmy's Pub

A pub experience that will appeal to all ages for casual meals and beverages is open daily from 11AM until midnight. Golfers, sports enthusiasts and families will enjoy the rich, earthy décor and hardwoods along with 60” plasma T.V. screens for all major sporting events. Award winning California micro-brewed beers, signature margaritas, Central Coast wines and single malt scotches are featured on our extensive beverage list. Thin crust brick oven pizzas, choice burgers, bar appetizers, fresh salads and our cookie dough skillet dessert are offered continuously throughout the day and evening.

Café Verde

Our Spa lunch dining restaurant is open seven days from 11AM-2:30PM. Healthy but festive offerings highlighting organic and locally grown produce are the mainstay of the menu. Fresh salads, pastas, breads, fish and sandwiches are available inside as well as on the garden inspired Terrace overlooking the pool. A poolside menu and made to order fruit smoothies and beverages are also served around the pools throughout the day.

In Room Dining

Personalized, discrete service and dining are offered 24 hours a day. White linen service and sumptuous menu options are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night (this isn't available 'round the clock). Romantic dining options and picnic baskets for special occasions may be booked in advance. Regional wines and a full compliment of beverages are available throughout the day.
